A home visit to help with
the probate process

For an honest look at the feasibility of going through the probate process yourself, or whether you might be best served by instructing a professional, we can visit you in the comfort of your own home for a probate consult. You may also like to have a friend or member of the family with you at the meeting. If you choose to instruct someone rather than complete the process alone, we can help you get a low fixed-cost quote.

If you would like a probate consult home visit, it’s helpful but not by any means essential to have the following documents available:

• The Will
• The deceased’s birth, death, and marriage certificates
• The financial statements of the deceased, including:
  • Bank and Building Society Accounts
  • Savings Certificates
  • Share Certificates
  • Pension details
  • Property details
  • Details of debts owed by the estate
