Will templates
By making a Will you are ensuring that your family and others specified in your Will are taken care of. If you do not make a Will, then your estate distribution falls under the rules of intestacy as set by the Government. This is very unlikely to reflect your intentions and will probably increase the tax burden on your estate. A Will also provides for same-sex couples in a civil partnership where appropriate.

01 Will
Married woman without children
This Will is suitable for use by married woman wishing to leave all / majority of her estate to her husband / partner. Provision is made to leave estate to a third party should the gift to her husband / partner fail. The Will also provides the option to leave gifts (legacies) to others, including charities. Do not use this Will if you are likely to have children in the near future.
02 Will
Married woman with children
This Will is suitable for use by a married woman wishing to leave all / majority of her estate to her husband / partner and thereafter her children in equal shares. Provision is made to leave estate to a third party should the gift to her children fail. The gift to the children is a class gift in equal shares and provides that each child’s share will revert to their own children (if any) should that child die before they inherit. This Will also provides an option to leave gifts (legacies) to others, including charities.
03 Will
Single woman
with children
This Will is suitable for use by unmarried mother with children who wishes to leave all / majority of her estate to her children or a third party. The gift to the children is a class gift in equal shares and provides that each child’s share will revert to their own children (if any) should that child die before they inherit. Provision is also made to leave estate to another party should the original gift fail. This Will also provides the option to leave gifts (legacies) to others, including charities.
04 Will
Single
woman
This Will template is suitable for a single woman without children who wishes to leave all / majority of her estate to third parties, for example, parents and relatives. Provision is made for a substitution clause to leave property to another should the original gift fail. The Will also provides the option to leave gifts (legacies) to others, including charities.

Married man without children
This Will is suitable for use by married man wishing to leave all / majority of his estate to his wife / partner. Provision is made to leave estate to a third party should the gift to his wife / partner fail. The Will also provides the option to leave gifts (legacies) to others, including charities.

09 Will
Living Will
Directions to medical staff about the circumstances under which you would not want to receive life saving treatment or treatment to artificially prolong your life. This document has to be signed by you and someone chosen by you to act as your “proxy” to ensure that your wishes are followed and to produce your living will when you are unable to. Your proxy should not be a beneficiary of your main Will.
