Will templates

By making a Will you are ensuring that your family and others specified in your Will are taken care of. If you do not make a Will, then your estate distribution falls under the rules of intestacy as set by the Government. This is very unlikely to reflect your intentions and will probably increase the tax burden on your estate. A Will also provides for same-sex couples in a civil partnership where appropriate.

The following nine Will templates are all now included as part of our popular Probate Guide and Letters pack.
